"The Zeus is down!" The words quickly pass through the whole fleet. "Who is in command of the Expeditionary Fleet?" one of the petty officers asked. "Well, according to ranks, Captain Stanley there would be technically in command." said the commanding officer of the Survivor 1, and he pointed his finger at me. "I'm in command?!" i asked, quite stupidly. I've never commanded a transport fleet before, and i certainly do not want to try commanding one in the middle of a battle. "Sir, the Survivor 1 is now the Flagship of our fleet, and you are the commander." said the ex-CO of the Survivor 1. "OK, than i want every ship to go into evasive manuevering, and get a channel online with the commander of Task Force 24, Home Fleet!" i said to the communication officer. "He's online now," he answered. "I want all fighters to attack that black ship!" i told the commander. "Roger that," he said and turned his ship around. BOOM! The black shipt fired again and Unicorn 5, along with two Chrono Pathfinders, burst into three seperate fire balls. "It's sniping us out!" called one of the officers. "ALL FIGHTERS ENGAGING ENEMY SHIP." the radio boomed. In the distance, little explosions dotted space as the black ship and its escorts fought with the fighters of the Task Force 24. "All fighters concentrate fire on that ship!" the sqadron leader of the Hawk Squadron yelled through the radio. "I want the Mustang Squadron to take on all enemy escorts, and the Hawk, King, and Angel Squadrons to fire at that ship!" the commander of the fighter task force yelled through the intercom. Specks of light starts appearing along the black ship, and its hull structure begins to break apart. "Sir, its almost gone!" said a petty officer with a sigh of relief. BOOM! The black ship fired again, and just as it fired, the whole ship exploded into the darkness of space. But the shots managed to inpact on our fleet, resulting in 1 heavy carrier and an I-Trader Pathfinder hit and both heavily damaged. "We've won, but the casulties are high," an officer who was in charge of battle statistics said, "We lost many good ships." The screen showed that 5 Unicorn Carriers, 1 Pyrrhus Carrier, both the Eagle and Knight Squadrons, with 10 fighters each, 1 heavy carrier, the Zeus, 1 I-Trader Pathfinder, and 2 Chrono Pathfinders are lost.
